An Invitation to Connection

A weekend retreat to practice remembering our place in the Family of Life

A peaceful and warm welcome to the first year of Blue Ridge Constellations Camp. In a world where we often feel the need to choose between listening alone or tuning out together, we want to create a sacred container for listening together.  You are joyfully welcomed to meet the rhythms of this beautiful land, to let it meet you, to come steep in your own knowing, the knowing we share and the knowing of our ancestors of bone, path and place.

What to Expect

We will gather together in the welcoming embrace of rolling foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Each morning we will gather to move, sing and eat breakfast before coming together for our whole group constellations circle in the big tent. Afternoons will be spacious to encourage integration and rest, with addition of resourcing workshops and opportunity to explore the land. Evenings will center on shared meals and stories around a fire. Together we will follow innate rhythms older than words and hold loving witness for opportunities for personal and collective healing and growth.

Our mission is to co-create a welcoming culture of deepening connection with self, other, and land.

Through the collective practices of constellation work, song, dance, circle sharing, communal meals and rest, we aim to foster the embodiment of more love, reciprocity, and soulful togetherness.

We believe in tending a field of collective presence where healing and growth can unfold.

Core Values

Mutual Respect & Compassion

Meeting each other with dignity, humility and attuned care; honoring each individual’s sovereignty through practicing boundaries and consent.

Responsibility & Accountability

Participating within capacity by practicing honesty, integrity, and heartful presence — even when it's hard.

Reverence & Reciprocity with Place

Listening to and relating with Land and more-than-human ones as ancestor, teacher, and kin.

Honoring Ancestry

Everyone comes from a family lineage of gifts and challenges that shape their beliefs and perceptions.

When we honor our roots and include the excluded, we can make peace with the past and space for the future.

Embodiment

Honoring the felt-sense of body knowing (intuition); Supporting self- and co-regulation, and capacity, nervous system care.

TEAM

Our Team

We are a group of close friends who share a common mission to co-create a culture of human thriving in meaningful dialogue with Land and Ancestors.
